Oklahoma tax return, you may now contribute a portion of your refund to fighting hunger, feeding hope.
Schedule 511-G allows you to make a contribution from your refund to a variety of organizations. The state's Food Bank Network is one of the options.
To make a contribution, simply check the box on Schedule 511-G that says, “Support of Programs for Regional Food Banks in Oklahoma.” You can designate a portion or all of your refund. You can even designate that your contribution go to more than one organization.
The donation will be split between the two Food Banks in the state: the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, which is located in Oklahoma City and covers the central and western part of Oklahoma, and the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma, which covers 24 counties of Eastern Oklahoma.
