The Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma is one of the largest private, non-profit hunger relief organizations in the state. Located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, we distribute donated food and other grocery items to 450 Partner Programs in 24 counties of Eastern Oklahoma. These programs include food pantries, soup kitchens, emergency shelters, after school programs and senior citizen centers. In turn, those programs collectively feed 60,000 people each week, the equivalent of 800,000 meals per month. In Fiscal Year 2009, the Food Bank distributed more than 9.5 million pounds of food.

In addition, the Food Bank helps raise public awareness about hunger and the role of food banking in alleviating hunger. Every day hungry Oklahomans are being fed as a result of our efforts to fight hunger, feed hope.
