AgencyExpress Online Ordering
You can order online using AgencyExpress Online Ordering 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
AgencyExpress Online Ordering is restricted to authorized agency shoppers that are listed with the Food Bank. To become listed, the Program Director at your agency must notify Joanne Burdick, Director of Agency Relations, by e-mail at jburdick@cfbeo.org. If you are replacing a previous authorized shopper, please let Joanne know whom you are replacing.
Authorized Shoppers wishing to use AgencyExpress Online Ordering must either attend a training session at the Food Bank or read the training manual. Upon completion of training, you will receive a user name, password and program code.
Live Training Sessions
One-hour training sessions are scheduled several times a year at the Food Bank. Please let us know ahead of time if you are planning to attend by contacting John McCarthy, Director of Facilities, at jmccarthy@cfbeo.org or (918) 585-2800, ext. 105. You must register at least one day before the training session is scheduled. To register, please complete and submit this form.
Self-Paced Training Session
You can become an authorized agency shopper by reading the AgencyExpress User's Guide and then completing and submitting
this form.
